I'll Start With Food

The most important part of any trip ;)

proscuitto and cantaloupe with balsamic vinegar....interesting but good combo

best meal of my life began with some gross-sounding spread that was actually really good, french pickles and mini onions (amazing), and bread


next course, shrimp with squid ink risotto


for entrée (or, le plat as they call it--in France, appetizers are les entrées and courses are les plats), dorado fish

my mom's plat. I love the cute little broccoli :)

I had a vanilla cream something that was absolutely amazing--basically a really creamy milkshake with raspberries on top. But the picture was blurry, so this is my brother's chocolate something or other (the name isn't important. It's chocolaty-ness is enough!)
